With this product you will be purchasing one bulk package of sixteen (16) freshly prepared and fully cooked freeze dried three cheese egg bites with a net weight of 9 ounces, packaged for long term storage.

This bag contains approximately sixteen (16) egg bites (packed by weight, not count) that were freeze dried shortly after being freshly prepared and then quickly individually packaged in mylar bags in order to seal all of the flavor in. Created for a government RFQ, these “Midrats” are being made available to the public for the first time ever.

We guarantee a shelf life of 25+ years on this product, if kept in the factory sealed packing and out of direct sunlight, although it should last a lot longer than that.

Note that while the Mylar packaging that we use has the highest oxygen-barrier rating available, it is only intended to protect the hash brown and egg, bacon, cheese and pepper bites from oxygen and moisture in order to provide the longest shelf life available. Despite the careful packaging, it is possible that some hash brown and egg bites might break during transit due to the fact that many items became fragile when the water is removed during freeze drying. This will not affect taste or nutritional values.
